Itinerary:

Meet on arrival in Multan and transfer to hotel. Full-day excursion of Multan city tasting some delicious street foods. A visit to the great commercial area called Hussain Agahi bazaar and dining there for dinner. Overnight stay in Multan.

Early morning visit to Chungi number 6 Food Street of Multan and savoring the delicacies all day long on foot. Visit the tombs of Shah Rukne Alam, Ghous Bahauddin Zakaria, and Shah Shams Tabrez if any time. Overnight stay in Multan.

After a scrumptious breakfast in the Food Street at Farid Gate, we will wander around in the Bazaar tasting every delicious food. We will visit Derawar Fort and the Mosque at Derawar. Overnight stay at a local house to get soothed by the hospitality of these common people.

After breakfast, we will have a whole day ahead to visit and explore the Cholistan desert, visit villages and enjoy Jeep and Camel Safaris all while munching on the local snacks. Continuing our journey we will drive to Lal Suhanra National Park to witness this wonder of mankind. Overnight stay at TDCP Lal Suhanra.

Morning visit to the Lal Suhanra Park and have breakfast there. Noontime drive to Gujranwala and spend the whole day tasting the wrestlers’ meaty dishes made with pure desi ghee. Overnight Stay in Gujranwala.
After some heavy breakfast we will leave Gujranwala for Mianwali. After arrival, we will rest, relax, and sightsee. Overnight stay in Mianwali.

After some breakfast, we will visit Kalabagh Dam and have a small picnic on the riverside at lunchtime. Overnight camping and stargazing.

Drive back to Multan, have some Sohan halwa, pack some for friends and family at home. An overnight stay or International Departures.

Description of places and cuisines
Multani Cuisine

The metropolitan city of Multan is a hub of Saraiki cooking. Multani Saraiki cuisine includes Phikka Khuwa, Maal Pooray, Chilra (Dosa), Satto, Kupri, Bhatt, Dodha, Lassi, Kakko, Dillay aali Siwiyan, Billay aali Siwiyan, sohbat, etc. Sohan halwa is a traditional specialty of southern Punjab, particularly Multan. It is a halwa dessert that is prepared by boiling a mixture of water, sugar, milk, and cornflour until solidified. Saffron is used for flavoring while ghee is used to prevent it from sticking to the pan. All this delicious food can be eaten at the Chungi number 6 Multan Food Street.

Gujranwala 

The city of wrestlers is best known for the meaty food cooked in desi ghee and spices. Gujranwala is one of the most places in Pakistan where the most scrumptious camel meat deep-fried dishes are available. They taste so good after some heavenly pakoras.

Bahawalpur
