Itinerary:

Meet on arrival in Multan and transfer to hotel. Full-day excursion of Multan city tasting some delicious street foods. A visit to the great commercial area called Hussain Agahi bazaar and dining there for dinner. Overnight stay in Multan.

Drive to Uch Sharief, visit the striking tombs of Jewendi Bibi and Shah Jalaluddin Surkh. We will continue our journey to Bahawalpur and stay overnight on arrival.

After breakfast, a Morning tour of Bahawalpur bazaar and a wonderful drive to Derawar Fort and the Mosque at Derawar. Overnight stay at a local house to get soothed by the hospitality of these common people.

After breakfast, we will have a whole day ahead to visit and explore the Cholistan desert, visit villages and enjoy Jeep and Camel Safaris. Continuing our journey we will drive to Lal Suhanra National Park to witness this wonder of mankind. Overnight stay at TDCP Lal Suhanra.

Morning visit to the Lal Suhanra Park and have breakfast there. Noontime drives back to Multan for departures.

Description of Places
Multan

Believed to be visited by Alexander the Great’s army, Multan is also believed by Hindus to be the place where the Mahabharat war took place. Multan provides a great view of River Indus as its existence lies on the Right Bank of River Chenab. Many folktales and songs are written and sung, passed through generations of people about Chenab and the tragic love story of Sohni Mahiwal. This city’s budget market and the oldest in Multan is Hussain Aghai where one can lose the way out because of its grandeur. Multan is also home to many shrines of great saints such as Shrines of Shah Yusuf Gardezi, Shah Shams Sabzwari Tabrez, Shah Rukne Alam, and Bibi Pak Daman’s Mausoleum. The very thing Multan is famous for is its sweet dish Multani Sohan Halwa which attracts people from miles away.

Bahawalpur

Famous for the spring festivities and carnivals, Bahawalpur is a princely state in the southern parts of Punjab and home to numerous architectural wonders including lavishly build palaces like Noor Mahal and Gulzar Mahal. Bahawalpur is home to the best-kept zoo in Pakistan with over 200 animal species. Derawer Fort in the Cholistan Desert stretches from Punjab to Sindh connecting to the Indian region of Rajasthan is famous for the Jeep and Camel Safaris arranged regularly. Lal Sohanra Park is a man-made forest in this region of Pakistan that attracts a lot of tourism.

Uch Sharif

A historic city in the southern parts of Punjab, Uch Sharif is the resting place of Bibi Jawindi and Shah Jalaluddin Surkh. Apart from that Fort Munro is a worth visiting place in Uch Sharif.
